I had a great experience at this LensCrafters location! The office is very clean and well-organized. They have a huge selection of frames, which gave me plenty of choices to find the perfect pair. The doctor was excellent and very professional. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and I was glad to find that they accept many insurance plans, making the process much easier. Just a tip for others: you definitely need an appointment. While the check-in is smooth, the full process—including the eye tests and the doctor’s visit—takes about one hour and half , so make sure to clear enough time in your schedule. Overall, a very nice place for eye care!

Renee at this Lens Crafters is amazing! He fixed my bent frames… TWICE! Didn’t hesitate or side-eye me… just smiled and said “Let’s see what I can do.” Fixed them perfectly (I sat on them once then my daughter stepped on them). The amazing part is I didn’t even buy my frames from Lens Crafters. Superior customer service. Told Renee I’m buying my next frames from him. And I will💪🏼 Eternally grateful🙏🏻

They made everything easy, answered all my questions, and helped me find the right glasses without making me feel rushed. Excellent customer service—I would definitely recommend this location.

Dr. Wong, Amanda, and Sylvia at LensCrafters have been incredible. After a serious right eye injury with double vision and constant light sensitivity, they took time to listen, dial in the right tinted lenses, and set me up with a monthly prism option that’s saving me serious money. Compassionate, patient, and thorough. Grateful doesn’t cover it.

Went in for a repair. Experienced Kind Quick Service. Next thing i know my glasses were repair Excellent staff!!!
