I can’t say enough wonderful things about Yvette at LensCrafters. On a Friday evening, my son, who relies on his glasses everyday accidentally broke his frame. It was already late, and every optometrist and ophthalmologist office had already closed for the day. We were stressed, worried, and didn’t know where to turn. Even though we were complete strangers, Yvette greeted us with genuine kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Without hesitation, she went above and beyond by carefully transferring my son’s current lenses from his broken frame into his old frame so he could see again. What may have seemed like a simple repair meant the world to our family because it allowed my son to function until we could get a replacement. In a time when exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Yvette’s willingness to help, caring attitude, and genuine compassion truly stood out. She turned what could have been a very difficult evening into one filled with relief and gratitude. Thank you, Yvette, for treating us with such kindness and going far beyond what we expected. LensCrafters is incredibly fortunate to have someone like you on their team. Our family will never forget your generosity, and we are so grateful for your help.

Although the folks working at the store were helpful, nobody could tell me what the outcome of my eye exam was. I believe that the patient/customer has the right to know what his or her stigmatism is. Al other eye exams I ever had in my life, I have always been told what my diagnosis was 20/20, 20/18? What did my insurance cover? Do I have to pay extra to learn this? JS

Lesly J was absolutely amazing! She helped me switch out my Meta Oakley lenses so I could actually see—fixing an issue another company left me with. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and she was incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I’ll definitely be coming back—this LensCrafters is now my go-to for lenses!

I'm trying to acquire my prescription so I can shop around for lenses. I called in and the lady I spoke with stated she would not give it out due to California law and told me to look it up then when I asked to be quoted for upgraded lenses she told me to come in as they are "too busy". I spent around $1000 within the last 8 months and this is the customer service I get? The law only requires to identify the person, so providing my birthday and name would be suitable. I am legally entitled to my prescription without jumping through hoops. Might want to be careful claiming this is the law and that it is mandatory to come in to acquire this. Edit: I called back later to speak with someone else. I spoke with a very nice gentlemen who let me know he couldn't email since his system has no way to do that but that he could mail it to me. Very thankful for this associate. Raising review from 1 to 4 stars as I feel this still needs visibility for others.

Stella at Del Amo store was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Very appreciative of her professional service. Helped me with adjusting my glasses and without any charges. Would come back if any services are needed.
