LensCrafters

I had a fantastic experience at LensCrafters! I stopped in just before closing after first visiting Sunglass Hut, where they had trouble fitting replacement lenses for my Ray-Bans. Even though it was last minute, the team at LensCrafters was happy to help right away. Callahan made the entire experience effortless from start to finish. The whole team was incredibly welcoming (they even let me bring my dog inside!), knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. Not only were they able to replace my lenses on the spot, but they also took the time to look up replacement parts for my sunglasses while I waited. It’s rare to find customer service this friendly, efficient, and accommodating. I’m incredibly grateful to Callahan and the entire team for turning what could have been a frustrating situation into such a positive experience. I’ll absolutely be returning for future eyewear needs. Highly recommend!

Anthony was amazing! He helped me transfer my prescription lenses from my old frames into my new ones, and the whole process was super quick and easy. He was really kind, professional, and helpful. I really appreciated the great service and would definitely come back again. Thank you, Anthony! 😊

I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters thanks to Robin. She was incredibly calm, patient, and professional throughout my visit. Robin truly went above and beyond with her customer service. Her kindness, knowledge, and attention to detail made the entire experience easy and stress-free. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure a customer is well taken care of. Thank you, Robin, for providing such exceptional service. You are a true asset to the LensCrafters team!

Great experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They repaired my glasses quickly, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. They also have an excellent selection of frames. Highly recommend this place!

I had a great experience at LensCrafters today working with Anthony M. I had a lot of questions regarding a warranty claim for my Meta Ray-Ban glasses and getting contacts. Anthony took the time to walk me through the entire process without ever making me feel like a burden. He was patient, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even though the store was busy, he made sure I fully understood everything before moving on. I wish I could work with him every time. Excellent customer service, thank you, Anthony!
