The Torrance LensCrafters is thee place to go for your eye care. The doctor is excellent. She communicates well with you and makes the exam easy to go through. The facility is neat and clean. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and very helpful. It really is as good as that sounds, really.

I had a great experience with the team at LensCrafters on PCH in Redondo Beach. They were incredibly patient and took the time to explain the differences between lens options, as well as help me choose my tortoiseshell frames without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. I later called back with additional questions, and they were just as kind and helpful over the phone. Their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine customer service really stood out. They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Great management and a truly welcoming team—highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in the staff was very friendly and helpful. I came in with my prescription and Krisjane helped me with frame selection and explained all of my options. She was also very helpful in expediting my order understanding that I needed my glasses for an upcoming trip. Super helpful and understanding. Great feeling all around from all of the staff!

Ivan took care of me with great fast service. Had a pair of Raybans with a broken arm and he fixed it for me in about a minute. Nice guy and was nice to my young daughter

I truly appreciate that they do not force anything on their customers in the Redondo Beach store. I get my eyes checked with their very professional optometrists and then I reuse my frames from other visits. I spent a lot of money on frames and LensCrafters never gives me a hassle. They are quick and considerate and my glasses are always great. The team greets you and then gets moving on what you need. I am glad they are still available after all these years. I do not like going anywhere else.
