Ran in before heading to the airport super rushed because my glasses were not sitting right. Derek was great and friendly and fixed them right away. Aldo suggested silicone pads for better comfort since I haven’t been comfortable in my glasses for a few weeks! Was ready to change back to glasses without pads but loved this style. Derek was super nice along with the other staff who made sure I was comfortable for my trip! Thank you!

On Friday I went to the Palladio store and asked Violet to repair my magnifying eyeglasses. Even though these loops were not bought from their store and were very complicated, Violet fixed them quickly without chagrin me for her work. I highly recommend Violet for her skill and friendly demeanor. I greatly appreciate her help.

Heather was exceptional in assisting me choose sunglasses frames. She was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Had so much fun that I wound up buying 2 pairs!

In and out quickly. Friendly service. I don’t care for their gimmicky “50% off lenses” though, when you compare prices it’s the same everywhere even with their 50% off. I do like how they were able to get the Xtractive lenses quicker than anyone else . I would recommend.
