It's rare see a large company employ such an awesome team of staff. Anthony was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. His dedication, enthusiasm, and attention to detail far exceed what you normally encounter in today's customer services. He took the time to listen to the concerns with my prescription, explained everything, and found a solution to meet my needs. Just an awesome person all around. I hope this store values the quality of their staff. 5 stars.

*LensCrafters is my go-to shop for glasses. *I have my annual eye exam there as well. The staff are all excellent. My opthamologist caught a tiny issue on my retina that will be followed up on. ****Appreciate her "focus" on the details. *LC staff/physicians are always ready to help - e.g. refitting my current glasses etc. *LC may not be least expensive shop, but investment in quality is never cheap. *My new prescription RayBan's are wonderful to wear outdoors, especially driving. I have much wider and sharper "field-of-vision" and feel actually safer driving as a result.

The staff is always patient and attentive when I visit. On this latest visit, I wasn't sure how I would be able to afford my glasses. They helped me find frames that fit my face and budget without making me feel embarrassed. I left happy with my choice and impressed with the excellent customer service I received.
