We had such a great experience at LensCrafters in Cerritos. The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They took their time helping my mom and made sure she found a few pairs of glasses she truly loved. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location!
Best LensCrafters I’ve ever been to and the staff are always so kind and helpful. Daze helped me out today and it felt like a friend was guiding me through the process of getting my prescription. Couldn’t have had an easier time. 10/10 experience

I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Jenny! She even remembers me from my last visited that where almost a year ago! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of getting my glasses. She took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I felt comfortable with my choices, and really went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made a big difference, and I truly appreciated her help. If you’re going to LensCrafters, I definitely recommend asking for Jenny—she’ll take great care of you!
Although I was not greeted upon entry and was not approached by anyone until I asked for assistance my experience was great. The associate by the name of Daze answered every question I had and was able to find exactly what I wanted. They popped the lenses out of the glasses I currently have to get measurements for the ones I was ordering as they are the same model/size. They proceeded to clean not only the lenses, but frame grooves which was a very nice detail and much appreciated. I’m in my mid 30’s and have worn glasses since I was 8. I’ve been to dozens of RX stores and always appreciate when I have a positive experience. Very happy I was able to get what I wanted. Looking forward to my next set of glasses and happy to recommend this store to friends and family.
