Popped in to see I could get some Sunglasses repaired and they did free of charge. Screw was a little loose and they helped to tighten. Staff was super friendly and helpful. 100% would return!

Jackie and Nathan were amazing! I went in with my pair of glasses which had a lens pop out and they were able to put them back in and seal the broken plastic ring around the lens in under 15m. Highly recommended!
I had a great experience today and was helped by Nathan. He was very helpful and so very nice! He took the time to go over all of my options and I never felt rushed. I ended up purchasing 3 pairs of glasses. Thank you Nathan! Follow up: 2/26/26 I just picked up my glasses. They came back very quick. They all fit great. Nathan measured everything perfectly. I was helped by everyone in there today because one woman helped me with my glasses another helped me because I almost forgot my wallet and Dani was helping me with selecting an accessory to hang my glasses around my neck. She was also there the first time I was there and so nice! I highly recommend coming this his Lens Crafters. They have great people and customer service.
Jackie and her staff were very helpful! Jackie was very professional and knowledgeable regarding eyeglass frames and took the extra time and effort to reinsert the lenses into my damaged frame! I can not express my deepest gratitude for this establishment. They were all very kind and helpful. 5 stars all the way, I absolutely recommend Lens Crafters at Metro Center.
I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with LensCrafters. During my eye exam, they completely failed to identify that I needed progressive lenses. After getting my glasses, I quickly realized something was off and had to go back to have them remade. The second time around wasn’t any better—they measured incorrectly, and when I picked them up, everything was still blurry. I pointed it out, and instead of fixing the issue, they told me to “wear them for a few weeks” so I could “adjust.” That never happened. The only way I could see clearly was if the glasses were practically sliding down my nose, which is obviously not how they’re supposed to fit. So I went back again to have them remade, only to be told that they “forgot to notate” my pickup date in their system. When they asked me when I got them and I said “about two months ago,” suddenly it was outside their 30-day guarantee—and now I’d have to pay all over again. Completely unacceptable. Poor exam, incorrect measurements, dismissive service, and then they hide behind a technicality to avoid fixing their mistake. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere like Costco. You’ll pay a fraction of the price (around $60 for lenses vs. $300+ here), and the service is actually competent. And if you do go to LensCrafters—don’t let them convince you to “try them out.” If something feels wrong, insist they fix it on the spot.
