Love going here! Like a hidden gem for eye glasses haha. Dr Koutoulas is so nice and incredibly knowledgeable! Every time I ask questions he’s always happy to answer. Also ugh love the front desk team! They are so sweet and helpful whenever I’m trying to look for a frame that suites my face hehe
The best Optometrist with nice and friendly staff. Doc is knowledgeable and compassionate. He provides recommendation and thorough with providing education. He has discounts too!
Really weird experience trying to set up a new appointment. The receptionist didn’t speak English very well or did not follow-up my questions with appropriate answers. I was just asked to be put on a hold a few times. Each time the phone was then disconnected after about 5-10s, prompting me to call 3-4 times total. I was told sorry a few times, but then the situation happened again with no explanation from the receptionist. I ended up receiving no answer at the end and decided to go with a different, more responsive office. Website is odd too, with the —1.com, makes it all feel a little shady…
So happy with Dr. Kosta and his care. He is so thorough, efficient and friendly.....It's a great office! His staff always greet you with a smile in addition to their kindness and friendliness. You can feel from doctor to staff how much they care about their patients. You don't find care like that everywhere.......He is our family's go to for eye care. Thank you Dr. Kosta and staff. We appreciate you!!!
