I went to this location thanks to all the great reviews. And it did not disappoint. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped by a wonderful salesperson. Don't know her name. Could she have been Frannie? Shoulder-length-highlighted hair with dark-framed glasses. She was great, so helpful with my choosing sunglasses and processing my online return and made me feel so welcomed! And Jamie, who processed my new order, was so informative. She knows her stuff and educated me so much on eyewear. Per my request, she also tested my old sunglasses to see if they block the UVA & UVB light. I highly recommend this location of Lenscrafter! Thank you, Ladies for a wonderful shopping experience!

I sat on my glasses and totally busted the the lens out I went to the LensCrafters in Bel Mar Lakewood Colorado I was immediately greeted by Ian who in the matter of 10 minutes completely repaired my glasses complete with a new set of nose pads. I can't recommend these guys enough. Excellent customer service highly competent staff

An elderly family member needed help with getting a new pair of glasses and Ian at LensCrafters - Bel Mar was such an amazing person for my the family member to work with! Ian was very patient and very helpful to get them set up with the best option possible. If you need quality care with great customer service, Ian is a great person to help!

Wonderful experience on Friday. Jamie was beyond helpful and so incredibly kind and easy to work with. She found the replacement lenses I needed and was able to get my glasses back to me in three days. Thank you again for such service. Highly recommend this location in Belmar.

I had a walk in today as a new customer, as I just moved from Texas and woke up to a small eye infection. They worked with me to get my prescription updated for glasses, and the person who helped me (i wish I would have remembered his name but he has black glasses) was fantastic at finding me the exact glasses I was looking for. Would recommend this place to my family and friends!
