Technology is making the remote eye exam as good as an in person one. The in house technician was professional and knew her stuff. And, the remote eye doc was thorough, efficient, and helpful. I recommend the remote exams to anyone who isn't sure they're thorough enough.
Went and picked up my new glasses and the gal that was there that gave me the glasses refused to adjust them and kept repeating just try them out then come back. I live 45 min away and and have worn glasses for for 32 years. Fire this woman and get someone that actually cares!!!
I went in with my dad and uncle looking for cases for their ray bans, as theirs were old and wearing. We were immediately greeted at the entrance, and helped with the cases within 3 minutes. Excellent service! 10/10 recommend.
