First time using LensCrafters to craft lenses for sunglass frames I own. I haven't gotten my lenses yet but in terms of customer service so far, I'll be coming back if I need these services again. I will update once I get my sunglasses back.
My second time using Lens Crafters. I will never go anywhere else. The guy that assisted me both times ( Rich ) is amazing to work with. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and never lets me leave the store until 100% sure im satisfied. Great experience..Highly recommend going to see Rich for all your Eyewear needs..
New London, CT LensCrafters is in their new location next to the most excellent Panda Buffet. (Now isn't that convenient. ) Staff knows their software and all the processes like the seasoned professionals they have always demonstrated. I've used them for about 20 years and the quality has never wavered or lessened.
I needed a nose pad replaced on my glasses. Drove for over an hour to 4 different places near me that couldnt help me. Came to Lens crafters and spoke with a gentleman name Donovan who took my glasses to the back and fixed in less than 5 minutes. That's not the it. He didn't even charge me. Wow you guys made my day and now I'm "seeing" my life a lot "clearer" . Thanks guys!! You rock!!
Such a fantastic experience!! Richard and Erica were honestly just the best. They helped figure out insurance and just went above and beyond. Patient, kind, and outstanding customer service! Thank you!!! I can see why they’re the only store still open in the crystal mall haha
