It was a great experience to see the Eye doctor and then to prescription and to order my glasses all in one place ! Mahmoud was great in helping to pick my glasses and to explain the details of the lense to placing the order. Out family have always been to this place for all our needs. It’s about making your customers feel comfortable and they nailed it !

I had such a smooth experience at LensCrafters II the Westfarms Mall! Zoryana was amazing and made the whole process easy from start to finish. She helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses that fit my face well and looked very stylish. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel rushed. I was in and out quickly, and the entire experience was efficient and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great customer service Thank you Zoryana!

Terrible experience with one of the sales reps who couldn’t be bothered to address my issue. I brought in a pair of Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses that are less than two years old and have already needed to be replaced/repaired once after breaking. Recently, they became loose again and started showing the same warning signs that they had before they broke the first time. I brought them in specifically to prevent another break, but the only solution offered was a quick adjustment. When I explained that the glasses still felt loose and unstable, I was repeatedly told, “They’re not broken right now. They’re good now.” And said that because she tightened them then it’s fine. It’s not. That completely misses the point. I wasn’t asking for help after they broke. I was trying to avoid having them break again. For the amount of money LensCrafters charges for designer eyewear, I expected better durability and certainly better customer service. Instead, my concerns were dismissed because the frame hasn’t physically snapped yet. If your expensive glasses are showing signs of failing, apparently the advice here is to wait until they actually break before anyone takes the issue seriously. I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and unlikely to buy eyewear from LensCrafters again. Go somewhere else

Mahmoud helped me repair my glasses today in just 10 minutes. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. The repair was done quickly, and my glasses are as good as new. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help with their glasses.

I needed to have my glasses realigned, so I stopped by the LensCrafters at Westfarms Mall. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Mahmoud, who was incredibly friendly. After I explained why I was there, he reassured me that he could fix my glasses and asked for just a couple of minutes. Sure enough, he quickly realigned them and even gave them a thorough cleaning without me asking. The entire experience was fast, and professional. If you ever need help with your glasses, I highly recommend asking for Mahmoud!
