I went in just now to get my glasses adjusted. Mind you the place I purchased them didn’t want to be bothered, which is why I went to Lens Crafters. Natalie took her time, adjusted my glasses, and made sure they were perfectly aligned in every way before she finished. She was lovely. And for a free service it was very unexpected! Absolutely five stars!
The staff was very friendly, and the service was fast and efficient. The doctor was professional and kind. They have a good variety of frames and options to choose from.

Given that I have a very specific prescription, I was impressed by how she applied her expertise to help me select the perfect frames.
