LensCrafters

I’ve come to this place several times, always felt the great professionalism with pleasant attitude. Today, i was helped by Terry at Peachtree pkwy, Cumming location and he is such a great guy. Lot of positive energy. I can easily sense that he is a people’s person and he loves helping at his best. The entire staff deals all the patrons very nicely. Seems like the store leadership is very efficient in getting the very best of their staff. I’m glad that I visited this location today 👌

First time getting an eye exam and being a patient at LensCrafters, and I had such a great experience! The doctor and one of the girls who assisted with the exam made me feel so comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. They were very knowledgeable about the exams and helped me understand what to expect. They also have a great variety of designer frames to choose from. I’m super pleased with my experience overall!

First time at this location. I've always been happy with my experiences at Lenscrafters, but this store was stand out. They have a great selection, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We worked with Abi and she was exceptional, even juggling several customers. We felt well taken care of and confident in our selections based on her guidance and expertise. Great overall experience - will definitely go back for my next pair!

Teresa was very helpful and accommodating! Had my glasses readjusted a week ago for a loose screw and a bent end and it has been holding up great. 10/10 customer service. Would recommend!

Very helpful team. Positive experience overall. I was able to sort through many options to find the right glasses for my preferences. Sarah and Teresa were excellent.
