I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Sharodd. He helped me choose and place my prescription glasses, making the whole process easy and stress-free. When I came back to pick them up, he took the time to carefully adjust the frames and made sure they fit perfectly. I really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and attention to detail. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend asking for Sharodd if you visit LensCrafters!

I've been a customer of Lenscrafters Kaneohe for a few years now and have always received exceptional service from Sharodd and Kimokeo. Sharodd specifically has helped me a few times now, and I have always left feeling extremely satisfied with his client care and customer service. Both Kimokeo and Sharodd go out of their way to extend exceptional care and concern to all clients and have even voluntarily stayed a little later than their usual work day just to assist me. Thank you, both, for being stellar Licensed Opticians--Lenscrafters is surely lucky to have you!
