Tom Eye Care

I’m back home visiting from Vegas and my contacts dried up on the plane, I have lashes so I don’t like using my glasses. Called around to different places asking if they can sell me a single pair but couldn’t find anyone willing. I called Dr.Tom’s office and they told me to bring in my copy of my prescription. Dr.Tom looked at my prescription and gave me a single pair free of charge 😭 I’m so grateful and really appreciate the service !!!! If I came back home to Hawaii I would def come back again to see him (:

Have been helped by both docs, and they are each great at what they do. Efficient, patient, kind and also takes you through the health of your eyes. I use glasses and contacts, but since my insurance only covers one, I pay out of pocket for the other, with no issue.

Best optometrist I’ve been to in years. Dr. Tom really cares & I can’t count how many times they’ve helped me fix my glasses, order contacts right before I left on travel, and even repaired a nose piece on my sunglasses when it broke! Really friendly staff and they’re open early. I recommend this optometrist to all my friends who need glasses, truly the best at what they do.

Came in looking for Maui Jim eyeglasses. Good selection! I asked for help selecting frames. However, when told them I didn't have insurance I was ignored and told they are not accepting new patients. I have not once in my entire life used insurance to pay for an eye exam, frames, or lenses! I guess cash isn't good enough any more?

This office is the best, I can't tell you how many times they have helped when I've broken glasses or lost them. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond. If you are looking for a place that they always remembers your name and it's like family.. look no further!
