Went in to get my glasses fixed. They were bent and didn’t fit my face correctly. Skye was able to help right away and also cleaned my glasses! Great service and lovely to work with. Thank you so much for your excellent and quick service!

I had such an amazing experience at LensCrafters Coralville! Skye and Diane truly went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient.

Outstanding service from check in through the eye exam. The staff were all great and so helpful. Shout Out to all of you. Exam was very quick easy check in and Allison my eye physician was so great. After the exam I purchased two pairs of prescription sunglasses. The sales gals working the floor were so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Above and beyond. Thank you all for your great help. Thank you to the Assistant Manager, Jill Floyd for your superior service. You guys make buying new glasses fun. Great experience from start to finish at Lenscrafters in Coralville.

We had such a good experience here. My husband is disabled and has a really hard time at most appointments. The staff was professional, friendly, helpful, and responsive. The wait was short, and it was nice to be able to walk around the store looking at frames while ae waited. The Optometrist was great, adjusted their communication when he started to struggle, made him feel safe and comfortable. Best medical appointment we've had at any provider in years!

I had an excellent shopping experience at the LensCrafters in the Coralville Mall. I was greeted warmly by Madelyn. She assisted me in selecting glasses that were perfect! She was extremely patient, friendly and professional. She answered all of my questions and provided me with great options to meet my needs. I will definitely be getting my glasses from here again. Thanks Madelyn and LensCrafters!
