Pearle Vision

I haven’t been in an optical shop that nice in a long time. They had an enormous selection. I’ve been wearing glasses for 60 years and I’ve never had an optician so helpful as Matt. Not only did he take his time helping me to choose the right frame, but his technical knowledge identified things with my personal vision that will solve a lot of problems for me with my vision. He did not try to oversell me he just told me the truth. It would’ve been very overwhelming if I was left my own devices, but he had a systematic approach which saved a lot of time and stress when choosing the frame & lens

I got there ahead of my appointment time; my wait was very short for them to get to me. The service I received was excellent: everyone was friendly & very professional. I do not know how my visit could have been improved.

Customer service representative, who I thought was kind was good with selecting frames and fitting. However, I was quite disappointed that my glasses were ready for pickup about a month before I was aware I could puck them up.. I was only aware glasses were ready after I called to asked if my order was ready. When I was asked about that part of the service, I was told that I was sent a text and they were to busy to follow-up. First, I didn't recall receiving the notification and if they are to busy for follow-up then possibly it will help other customers if the they had ONE LESS CUSTOMER, me.

My appointment with Copeland Eyecare in Coralville, IA was great!The doctor is knowledgeable and very friendly. She answered my questions with ease. I will always go here when I am due for my next eye exams and glasses.

The doctors are knowledgeable, professional, and take the time to answer questions in a way that feels approachable. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially when calling the office, which makes the entire experience smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend this practice!
