This is not the first time I have bought glasses at this Vision 4 Less location and they have always been SO helpful! First of all, there is always a wide selection to choose from for frames and they are well organized by price. The staff has always been extremely friend and really good about walking me through my insurance, what they will cover and what will be extra, and trying to find me the best deal possible between my insurance and the stores discounts. This time I worked with Lu and she was SO helpful! I walked in knowing exactly wanted and she did amazing at walking me through everything and getting me EXACTLY what I wanted. ALSO, one of the machines that was needed to cut my lenses broke down and they still finished my glasses by the end of business day! I love this location and will always recommend them to others!

My appointment went smoothly!! Lady that checked me in was so nice and helpful. Glasses were done in less than a half an hour!! Amazing work!!!❤️

I am not happy with either pair of glasses. The glass doesn't fit the frame and my arms move up and down on both pairs,got a scratch on one and they say they wont fix it. Sorry but I am going back to America's best, had no problems with my two pairs. I got a call from the customer service manager and wanted to fix the problem. They fixed the problems with no questions asks. The managers took very good care and paid attention to what I was saying. I suggest that you should go and see them!! If it's not right they will fix it!! Here's the deal I haven't even had these glasses for less then nine month. And look at them carefully, they have shattered, I spent $323. hundred dollars on these. You want good long lasting glasses go to Americas Best. I have glasses from them,and I so Happy!! My niece is a hellion and plays very hard and she hasn't broken the pair I am wearing from Americas Best.

Hailey helped me across two different days..she remembered me, was friendly and professional and offered lots of helpful assistance when choosing the best glasses and sunglasses for me. I highly recommend this store and have already told several friends.

Needed a pair of glasses before I got back on the road, went to several places and no one had a lab tech available. I came here and they were able to get me transitions same day, they quoted an hour and they were done in 24 minutes. I defiantly will be coming back
