Decent service. Dr is knowledgeable. As usual they want to take back of eye blinding photos or the stinging drops to dilate pupils. I refuse the extra cost service . Overall, it’s an average eye exam. No extra info of eyes in relation to vision-age correlation. Optical department- eye glass section- is more courteous, plenty of info on your needs and upbeat! They are awesome. 👍👍
Dawson Gosch was extremely helpful. I had a great experience when I purchased the glasses two years ago, after losing my glasses, I came back to the store to re-order.. Dawson was extremely knowledgeable, took time to look up my insurance, all around great experience.
Dawson was very knowledgeable and really helped me pick out my glasses. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. He was very thorough in making sure the frames fit well and suited my face, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable, and his customer service really stood out. Dawson at the Merle Hay Store was Awesome to work with. First salesman I truly appreciate and gave me great service. They didn’t have what I wanted in stock but he made sure not to turn me away like most other stores. We sat down and ordered what I needed and he has them shipped directly to my house. Isaac And Adam were wonderful to my sister and and I when we came in yesterday. I am from Tucson visiting and my lense fell out of my glasses. My sister needed and adjustment on her frames. Mine were very challenging but they worked and worked on them and got them fixed. I highly recommend anyone to go there. Best customer service I have ever had
