He was very charismatic, helpful & patient with me while assisting me while choosing the perfect frames! I went into the store today to look at glasses. I've been looking at glasses online and I wanted to compare them to in-store offers. I looked at the price and it was a lot more than I wanted to pay for glasses. It wasn't that I can't afford to pay that amount, I just didn't WANT to pay that amount for 1 pair of glasses. But the immediate response was oh you can do klarna pay in 4. To offer that without me asking for a payment plan feels like a microaggression.

I go to the location in River Forest. The store manager, Jasmin has excellent customer service skills; she is very patient & kind. Jasmin knows what’s best for her customer and finds the best pricing for their needs. I have followed her through the years & highly recommend her!

I've been going to LensCrafters in River Forest for the last two years. I have had one eye exam and bought several pairs of regular glasses and prescription sunglasses. I have been very happy with both eye exam and ordering eyeglasses. The staff is very helpful and patient. I like the deals that LensCrafters offers and I find that I have saved a lot of money on my eyeglasses (distance, laptop, sunglases and reading glasses) by shopping here.

The office appears neat, clean and organized. The location is great. They have great lighting. They had ample staff availabe when I went recently. I was able to get my glasses adjusted. I wish everyone all the best in Yeshua's Name!
