Tony was absolutely an amazing person! He was professional and friendly. He was very patient while I choose a frame, and he made sure l saved as much money as possible. He showed what real customer service looks like! Thank you so much for everything!!
We went in on a Saturday to look at new glasses. Tony, the GOAT (!!!), helped us select from pairs we picked out and also went searching for a pair of sunglasses that were perfect, and we ended up purchasing them as well. Tony and the manager also helped us get a coupon that we weren’t aware of before. One pair of glasses was even ready the same day, and Tony took great care doing the final adjustments! The service was prompt, friendly, and detailed. Would recommend to all friends!
The lens crafters at the mall in Champaign is horrible. Customer service really sucks! My daughter ordered a pair of glasses from there. We didn't get her eye exam there because they said they dis not have one. We got them yesterday, she tried them on. The lenses were not right, asked the tech if it’s the same prescription that’s on the paper. She assured me it was. So my daughter and I ran back to where we got the prescription from had them take a look at the glasses , had them take a look at the prescription. We made sure that the prescription was correct on the paper. After examining the glasses my daughter was wearing and the glasses that she ordered, dr. told her what the difference was, and that the prescription was slightly different than what it was on the paper. She made some notes for us. We went back to LensCrafters showed them the note and told them that the prescription is not the same as it is on the paper. Went back to LensCrafters, I caught the tech in a lie and all the sudden it’s my fault. We returned the glasses and will never go back again. This is the 3rd pair of glasses from them we’ve had to return. It wouldn’t have been quite the issue if they were nice to us, helpful, and understanding, but the 3 techs that were there were not!! Again will not be returning!
Anita and Nan were both so helpful. My son and I both got a pair of glasses. Anita took the time to explain the options that were available with our insurance as well as special promotions in the store. Overall a great experience.
Megan is an excellent customer service representative. Pleasant, attentive good listener. Example of what service should be. LensCrafters is very fortunate to employ this young lady.
