I visited the store today to test out the newer Nuance Audio glasses for my dad. We had a great experience. The manager Vianna was very helpful, kind and friendly...and we were able to do a good trial of the glasses with the phone and app. Thanks so much!
The staff at LensCrafters were awesome! Super helpful from start to finish getting my new prescription and finding the right glasses. They were patient, friendly, and really made sure everything fit and felt right. They also got a good laugh when they saw my old glasses, the frame somehow survived a fire even though the lenses didn’t! Pretty sure they were as surprised as I was that I’d been able to save the frame from the fire.
Dr. Helen Sagal is exceptional Optometrist. I feel that I was welcomed in the store from the very beginning. The people were friendly and with a positive attitude. Dr. Helen Sagal was very professional with attention to detail. She really does care about her patients; in addition, there is modern equipment to provide high level of quality medical examination.
Great experience! Jackie took the time to help me return a pair of Meta glasses purchased from Ray Ban while other Lens Crafters stores said they could not do it. Will be back again!
The store manager was incredibly friendly. She walked me through everything and explained the whole procedure and helped me pick out great frames. The Dr. was very helpful. She answered all my questions and went over everything with me. Highly recommend this lenscrafters location.
