I did not get my eye exam at LensCrafters as I have my own Optometrist I have been using for years. However I always have a great experience when I buy eyewear here. The staff is always knowledgeable and super helpful. They search for the best deals be it in store promotions, or my existing insurance. I bring my glasses in for readjusting and always leave with them adjusted perfectly.

I would like to share I was in with my father today at Len’s crafters Hyannis ( festival plaza). I’m sharing this as constructive feedback for management. Our experience was below average. We were purchasing two pairs of glasses, and the service did not reflect that level of purchase. At one point, the associate assisting us walked away. Another employee offered to help, but she declined and didn’t even look at us. It felt dismissive and unprofessional ( She had a hard accent - I do not know her name) When paying, I asked if employees receive commission and was told they do not. Perhaps incentives or additional customer service training could encourage more engagement in a more friendly manner. When we returned to purchase the second pair, there was no acknowledgment or appreciation. Overall, I would rate the experience 5 out of 10. I appreciated the 15% off offered at the end. The service felt poor and lacked warmth.

Outstanding Customer Service. Out of the blue. this past week , I drove my 92 yr old mom( using walker,) to LensCrafters Hyannis, because she was having difficulty with the thick arms of her glasses interfering with her hearing aids. From the moment we were visible at the entrance, JEN was there to hold the heavy doors, she then offered her professional assistance, locate the perfect pair of glasses with specs needed. What a superb experience! - Thanks to Jen for her knowledge and humanity, she made an otherwise difficult task a breeze.

I went to buy my eyeglass, cleaning wipes and get a little adjustment on my glasses, cause they were a little too tight and the girl rung me up very friendly got the optometrist to come over. He looked at me and said they’re too tight. I’ll loosen up the back but they might slip off. I said that’s fine. They’re leaving Marks in my nose. He touched the back ends Like he was pulling them out and then handed them back to me in two seconds and said that should do it In all my years of wearing glasses and having them adjusted plastic glasses have to be put in beads to be heated up to be moved. I feel that I didn’t buy them there and he couldn’t be bothered to help me because they’re still digging in my nose and I will never go to LensCrafters again. These were from the Internet, but I bought many many pairs. They were over the years very disappointed in the service.

The process of seeing the optometrist, getting a new glasses prescription, and ordering new glasses from the optical shop was incredibly convenient and easy. I am very pleased with my experience. Dr. McQueen is very knowledgeable and personable. I’ve been seeing him for years, and I will definitely be back again.
