I had an eye exam here today with my 2 1/2 month old baby with me and the ladies went above and beyond to make it a great experience! They were all so kind talking to my baby and rocking him in his little car seat to keep him calm and he went right to sleep for the exam!! 10/10 stars!!

Dr. Leslie, I am writing this review specifically because I have been seeing you since I was in the 4th grade. You have been my eye doctor for years, and my family has trusted you and your practice for a very long time. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and hurt. Mary, the receptionist, called me because I had missed my appointment. I explained that I had missed it because I was with my entire family in the ICU, watching the man who raised me die while he was on comfort care. I apologized for missing the appointment and explained the circumstances. What was most upsetting was the complete lack of empathy I received. Rather than any acknowledgment of what my family was going through, I felt that the focus was on the fact that I had inconvenienced the office and that an hour of the doctor’s time had been wasted. I was also told that, because of the last-minute cancellation, I would need to reschedule with a different doctor. I understand that missed appointments affect a medical practice, and I would never intentionally waste anyone’s time. But I truly never expected that, after being a loyal patient since childhood, explaining that I was sitting beside a dying family member would be met with such little compassion. So, please consider this my cancellation for my appointment on Wednesday. After all these years, I will not be returning to Mall Vision Center. I sincerely hope Dr. Leslie sees this and understands why I am leaving. People sometimes have circumstances happen that are far more important than an appointment, and a little kindness and compassion costs nothing. Please feel free to email me my records. I wish Dr. Leslie well, but I am deeply disappointed that this is how my relationship with the practice is ending.

Outstanding Service. I judge a business by its consistency of Quality Service. This is what I always receive at the Mall Vision Center. I stopped in for some advice and before I knew it, Bruce the Technician had my glasses off and did a Tune up, didn't know I needed one until after he returned them. What a comfortable fit. Felt like new glasses. This is why I keep coming back. Not a large Box store, but Large on Quality Service

They are really good and I didn’t have to wait very long and Dr Lesley is very precise and I love the entire Staff there

The receptionist is very friendly and efficient. Waiting area is comfortable. Dr Leslie is the best. She is very thorough. Explains everything and answers questions. Always on time. Good selection of glasses.
