They adjusted 4 of my designer glasses for no charge within 10 minute. Amazing customer service. I needed my temple arms all adjusted and they were able to do it no problem. 5 stars without question. Will be back in the future.

These are the glasses I bought two days ago. I had a truly terrible experience at this store. I purchased a pair of frames—without lenses—for which I paid $400. The glasses were not properly adjusted for me at the time of purchase; as a result, the arms of the frames pressed painfully against my temples. After wearing them for an eight-hour workday, I suffered from a severe headache. I am absolutely furious, and I will never set foot in this store again. I am posting this in the hope that the staff will reflect on their practices; this entire experience left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. I strongly urge anyone considering visiting this store to think twice before doing so. It was a truly abysmal

Great service! I bought prescription glasses here. Iossif was very helpful multiple times: he stayed late after store hours to carefully take measurements and finalize the order, then made multiple frame adjustments for proper fit. Considering metal frames, I just wanted to advise to pay attention that even a tiny frame tilt can make not only noticeable optical changes, but also a significantly different look on your face, e.g. tilt them to make sides up just 1mm, and men's glasses become women's. Thus, your result glasses and frame on display might need to be cross-checked for that to avoid getting unexpected result. The lenses are done well, as prescribed. They currently have better scratch resistance compared to the old ones ordered at this store years ago. I'm writing this a few weeks after I got the glasses. The Armani Exchange frame holds well too.

I was on the fence about purchasing my first pair of glasses because of how expensive they can run. I was quickly swayed by the great level of customer care that I was treated with. The front and back crew made the experience seamless and I felt very satisfied leaving with my first ever pair of Giorgo Armani glasses. Jake was really helpful guiding me through the process and helped me pick out a few I liked. Italia in the front recommend the color gold because it complimented my complexion, Lucas suggested which color transitions I could go with and I went with grey. Sarah in the back was a sweetheart. It had been years since I got my eyes tested and she quickly put me at ease by making me feel comfortable. Overall, just great customer service all around and I've been recommending this place to my friends and family. Can see myself coming back to buy another pair.

Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Italia helped me find glasses for my son and the process couldn’t have gone better. Will definitely be coming back!
