I had a very unique lens issue that started with a website order and happened a second time. My annoyance came from the website directing me to the store, but their systems aren't linked and the frame I ordered is not available in store. The website sent a replacement and the same lens issue happened again. The problem was handled with above and beyond service from Crystal and her team at the North Attleboro store. This is the typical location I've gone to for myself or kids for in-store purchases and have always had a good experience.

I have been using LensCrafters for several years and I have always been impressed with Dr Covello. He is very professional and a few years ago he found the start of AMD in my right eye and referred me to the RI Eye Institute. I recently had an eye exam and was pleased to learn that my vision in the right eye has remained stable. . I credit Dr Covello with this because of his early intervention. I also got a new pair of glasses and i worked with Ray who is awesome! I highly recommend this team v

Jess was absolutely spectacular. I came in with my niece who was timid and having a hard time at a different location picking out a pair of frames. We came in and she handed us a tray and gave us space and just enough information to break the ice. She checked in regularly, gave her opinion in a way that made my niece feel informed and confident in her choices. To my surprise, she fell in love with a pair. She educated her on her prescription and how it would impact her vision and the type of difference she would see. We never felt rushed or pressured. The store is clean and well organized and every team member seemed to be working seamlessly together. I can’t recommend this team enough. Thank you Jess!

Great experience here! I’ve been going here for 5 years, they are consistently efficient and thorough. Crystal in the eye department is professional yet relaxed and makes you feel comfortable and under no pressure.

well organized. someone is always willing to answer questions and help. Darell was great helping me pick up my glasses. he came in a klutch with my last minute pick on a second pair of glasses also found me a great pair of cheaper sunglasses and my second pair as well. very happy with service and help. update my glasses are beautiful. they were fitted to me. the quality is great. I was told it might be a little difficult to adjust to progressive lenses and I personally haven't. I really think do to the quality of the lenses. also Everytime I have go in I feel welcomed and helped.
