I recently purchased a pair of Meta glasses here. The estimated production time was about 20 days, but they were ready in just one week, which was a very pleasant surprise. The glasses turned out very clean and well made. The staff also kindly explained the price differences depending on whether I used my vision insurance or not, and helped me compare the options so I could get the best deal. Overall, it was a very smooth and satisfying experience.

Everyone knows that feeling when you walk into a store two minutes before closing and immediately feel guilty for keeping the associate there. Well, that definitely wasn’t the case for me. Tyrone was absolutely exceptional. He helped me without any hesitation and made the entire experience simple, smooth, and informative. His patience and willingness to help truly stood out, and I appreciated it! I can’t wait to get my new frames. If you’re ever in need of glasses or frames from LensCrafters at Montgomery Mall, do yourself a favor and ask for Tyrone. You surely won’t be disappointed.

I had an amazing time here at LensCrafters! Amani and Ronnie’s bright and welcoming personalities made the atmosphere in the store beautiful. I came in to update my prescription and they got me in and out. On top of that, putting the prescription into my new glasses was a very quick process. I would wholeheartedly recommend coming here for your first time or as a returning customer!

It has always been a great experience for my husband and I with LensCraft in Montgomery Mall. Ronnie and Tyrone are great; they are knowledgeable and very patient as always to listen to our needs and provide the appropriate explanation and solutions. We have been in this LensCraft for the past couple years. And Ronnie and Tryone are the reasons that we kept coming back to LensCraft.

This was one of the most disappointing retail experiences I have had. The manager (a very rude Afroamerican lady!) was unprofessional, misleading, and far from customer-focused. Although she appeared friendly on the surface, the information she provided regarding pricing and insurance coverage was not accurate. After speaking directly with my insurance provider, I learned that the quoted price was approximately $300 higher than what should have been charged. What was even more frustrating was her refusal to apply a promotional discount that another LensCrafters location later applied without any issue. After visiting a different branch, the staff immediately honored the promotion, verified the insurance benefits correctly, and provided a significantly lower price. The difference between the two locations was night and day. The second branch was transparent, honest, and genuinely interested in helping customers get the best value. Unfortunately, this manager’s actions damaged my trust in the store and reflected poorly on the LensCrafters brand. Management should seriously review the customer service and pricing practices at this location. Customers deserve transparency, honesty, and respect.
