I had a wonderful experience dealing with Kari at Len Crafter. I came in to get a new pair of glasses, and Kari assisted me from start to finish. He was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. After selecting my frames, my glasses were ordered and returned in a timely manner. When I needed additional adjustments for a better fit, Kari made sure everything was just right. My vision coverage was also handled smoothly, which made the experience even easier. I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. My-Lyn Nguyen-Delgado during my eye exam at LensCrafters in Columbia Mall. She was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and took the time to have great conversation, which made the exam enjoyable. While the overall smoothness of the service outside of my interaction with Dr. Nguyen-Delgado wasn't quite 10/10, she more than made up for it. Her personable approach really stood out.
My case was a little complicated and Louise helped me deal with multiple transactions and contact my insurance company. He is very experienced and patient. I’m happy with the high quality service at LensCrafters.
To share my personal experience, I thought Dr. Delgado was great. He was very kind and informative. However, I am not satisfied with the level of service I received afterward. I was never given a prescription or any paperwork, so I assumed there was an online portal where I could access my visit details and prescription. I told the sales associate that I wanted my prescription because I planned to purchase my glasses on the Lens Crafters website. That turned into a hassle. I created an account on the Lens Crafters site and tried to link my appointment, expecting to see my information there. Instead, I ended up calling the office and was told that I would need to come in to pick up my prescription, or they could fax or mail it. This has been extremely inconvenient. When I went to MyEyeDr, everything was accessible through their online portal, and if I needed my prescription, they would simply email it to me. They were much more accommodating. Unfortunately, it feels like I wasted my 2026 eye exam at the wrong place. #VeryDisappointed
