Customer service is beyond outstanding. Went there today to fix my dad's glasses frame. I received quick and excellent assistance from Mrs Dawn. They didn't charge me anything, even though I insisted on paying. I highly recommend! And Thanks for their kindness.

This particular location of LensCrafters has a collection of highly driven customer service representatives who are also trained opticians. Thank you to Nelson who has been so wonderful with my difficult needs for glasses this last two years!

The Service: I had an exceptional experience at the store thanks to Shawn. From the moment I walked in, Shawn greeted me with warm eye contact and a friendly approach that made me feel like a valued guest. He took the time to understand my needs and even referred me to another place that could assist with repairing my broken eyewear. I truly appreciate that recommendation, as I followed up and received prompt service there within just 30 minutes. Although LensCrafters couldn't assist me on that particular visit, the outstanding customer service provided by Shawn has certainly made me eager to return in the future. The Parking: Parking directly in front of the store can be unpredictable due to limited availability. The street is quite narrow. However, there are free parking options nearby, including spaces at Whole Foods and in the parking, garages close to the store.

Ms. Dawn the manager is truly a kind person! Her and her staff were eager to help everyone despite a rush of people coming in at once as well as multiple calls. She is extremely professional and calm under pressure! I will definitely be back!

Dawn is the best. Also, Chad was so super helpful. My glasses arrived and I had an issue with them. Dawn took care of it immediately for me, was very friendly & personable. I would definitely recommend this LensCrafters location if you’re in the market for new glasses and/or sunglasses.
