I was in need of sunglasses repair. From the moment I walked in everyone was attentive and super helpful! Steve fixed my sunglasses in literal seconds. Excellent customer service. 1000% recommend! Very clean establishment as well. I will for sure keep them on my list for all things glasses + repair!

My experience at LensCrafters was truly wonderful from beginning to end. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, which instantly made me feel at ease. The doctor who did my eye exam was very thorough and patient, and took the time to ensure I understood each step along the way. I also want to give a special shoutout to Steve and the support team — their professionalism, friendliness, and eagerness to help made my visit smooth and stress-free. LensCrafters really provides excellent service, and I’m so happy with how everything went.

He took the time to thoroughly explain warranty options—both through LensCrafters and the eyewear manufacturer—and carefully walked me through my vision insurance, clearly outlining how my benefits were applied across my purchase. Pleasant experience within just 3-1min to close. I called lens crafters to ask if they fix a screw that fell from out of my Miu Miu glasses. I called them about 5mins to close. I spoke with a young lady that answered the phone whom name was later given to me, which is Kayla. I asked Kayla can I come, gps shows 5mins. Kayla said yes happily even though they closed In 5mins. I arrived literally 1 min to close and Kayla, Kelly and Josh were at the counter waiting my arrival to assist me. I noticed a container with screws at the counter that Mr. Kelly was holding waiting to help fit my missing screws. Mr. Kelly fixed my the arm on my glasses In less than 1 min. I appreciate all of the workers for going above and beyond d to assist. I look forward to visiting Lens Crafters of Waldorf in the future whenever needed.
