LensCrafters at the Annapolis Mall, great staff! Walked in with what I thought to be a world ending event with my broken glasses but the technician Kelly(superstar), corrected my issue on the spot! Very thankful to the staff for taking the time to help. Now if they had a better wifi connection, it wouldn't have taken so long to show my appreciation! Professional, caring staff!

My experience was excellent from the moment that I stepped in the door and throughout my appointment. The team at Annapolis Mall location were friendly and professional. They were fast and efficient. Dr Taylor is outstanding and Michelle is excellent too! She helped me with the new prescription glasses and made the process very smooth. I highly recommend the Lens Crafter location in Annapolis Mall because of the great experience.

Michelle was absolutely fabulous! I walked in just to browse. Michelle greeted me wait a cheerful hello and a smile. She suggested a beautiful pair of Prada’s and I walked out a happy customer with an new pair of glasses!
