I always thought LensCrafters would be out of my price range, so I never shopped there. After learning they were in-network with my vision insurance and getting a recommendation from the vision specialist at Walmart, I decided to stop in. I'm so glad I did! Emma was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. She helped me find frames I really loved and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I was pleasantly surprised by the great deal I received on two pairs of glasses. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I’ll definitely be returning!

I ordered a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses on July 9 th and was told they would be ready in 7 to ten days the regular glasses were ready 7 days later . Now on August 2 after our second call to the store (24 days later) I was told that they might be coming soon if not I might have to order them again. This is after we were told they would look into it the first time we called and nobody ever got back to us. So this tells me they don’t care about customers once they have placed their order. Be careful of big companies. I will definitely explore other options in the future.

From the moment we walked into LensCrafters, the staff went above and beyond to help our toddler daughter get her very first pair of glasses. What could have been an overwhelming experience for a toddler was turned into something exciting, comfortable, and even fun because of their kindness, patience, and expertise. The team took so much time helping us find the perfect frames that fit her tiny face comfortably while also making sure she loved how they looked. They were incredibly knowledgeable during the fitting process and made every adjustment with such care and attention to detail. Most importantly, they treated our daughter with so much warmth and compassion, which made all the difference for us as parents. You can truly tell they care about their customers and want every child to leave feeling confident and happy. We are beyond grateful for the exceptional service and highly recommend LensCrafters to any family navigating their child’s first glasses experience. I purchased two pairs of glasses from LensCrafters years ago and they just never fit right. I just visited this location to get a pair adjusted and I was assisted promptly with no questions asked. Thank you for a great experience!

Fantastic service which is not very common today, sadly. Veronica was extremely knowledgeable and unbelievable helpful. I have always had good service at Lens Crafters but, this was beyond incredible service. Thank you so much!
