Dr Suiter and her staff were amazing yesterday. The service, attention I received was very welcoming. I was there for a eye exam and I felt like the ladies were helpful and kind when choosing the best contact lenses for me. Oh and the young lady who repaired my old glasses gave them a NEW LIFE🤓😘
Went to get my boyfriend’s glasses fixed after he stepped on them. Lady at the desk tells him it will be $5000. He said that’s it?? Haha They fixed them within the time we went and had lunch. No charge when we came back. Very pleasant experience
The staff at Lens Crafters in Fort Gratiot, MIchigan are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Suiter is very thorough in her exam and answers questions and concerns. We have been getting glasses here for the past 9 years and I am always happy with my experience. They work with insurance and provide excellent service.
Dr. Suiter was outstanding! She was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire LensCrafters staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience easy. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Suiter and her team!
