Riverside Eye Center

I was in town on vacation and had an issue with my contact. I tried Walmart and a couple of other bigger name places to try to get a replacement lens but the brand didn’t match my RX from my doc at home. Then I called Riverside and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. Called me back several times as we verified prescriptions, doctor recommendations, etc. And then the icing on the cake was that they stayed late so we could pick up the lens when they were ready to head home for the day, and on a holiday week! What an excellent experience and customer service. So glad I found them and I hope this helps you find them too.

Dr. Balok & Staff are wonderful! I appreciate that they all are willing to explain and answer questions that I may have and they treat you as a HUMAN not just a number. The atmosphere is calming like you are at a home in a sense and you can see how family oriented they are and also how the employees even look and seem valued which brings comfort as well. Overall I recommend Riverside Eye Care to anyone.

Dr Hultz and all his staff are great I have had multiple diagnosis with my eyes and Dr Hultz has been there to help me threw them all Today my eyes feel great! at one time I thought I may never recover from my situation with my eyes but Today all is good Thankyou Dr Hultz and staff.
