Jackie and Lara were so helpful with me today! I broke my frame at work earlier this week and instead of asking for an eye exam or saying "we can't help", they helped me replace my frame at a good price! They are also so friendly, we talked for a while after I bought my new frame and learned so much about Bozeman. I highly recommend this store due to Lara and Jackie's professionalism and kindness.

Dora and Gabriella are just great, I feel like im being a pest and gabby has been incredible reassuring me everything is ok. Jackie is also top shelf. I’m very happy with lens crafters, I’ve never been let down.

Haley did an amazing job at replacing the lenses on my 15 year old 511 tactical burner sunglasses. I was afraid to do in myself thinking I would break the frames as they are discontinued but my favorite fitting sunglasses. Found lenses online and wanted to pay but Haley did the job free of charge! I will bring any all business I can her way from now on. I left to go grab food and she called me 10 minutes later saying they were done. Timely, professional, and a solid example of what customer service should stand for!!! Thank you Lense Crafters and thank you for have a considerate employee like Haley!

I have bought my wife’s glasses in LC Florida and after moving to MT one lenses got loose. Lara and Jackie were able to help me for free and even replaced my own glasses nose pad. The staff is super friendly and the service is beyond expectations! I recommend this store and will return pretty soon for new eyes 👍🏻
