Everyone was super from the minute I stepped in the door. Dr. Strasburg was very nice, thorough and had lots of recommendations for my concerns. Great explanations and made me feel at ease with my choices. The ladies up front grabbed a pair of glasses that were similar to mine because I said I thought I would stick with the same shape. I put them on and we agreed, that was it. Thank you!

Dr Strasburg is AMAZING!! I give him a 5 star review. The LensCrafters side and front desk associates need to be taught customer service skills. We came here for contacts for my daughter. She was given a single pair of trial lenses which proceeded to rip after 3 days. I called to get a replacement. They told me they’d have to be ordered. I also explained that the vision in these lenses was blurry and the comfort of the lens wasn’t spectacular. The associate I spoke with said she would chat with Dr Strasburg about a different lens and get back to me. That was 8 days ago now. When I called to follow-up last week there was no answer on two separate days. And no way to leave a voicemail. We ended up going elsewhere and were fitted in contacts immediately and sent home with a month of trials! The comfort was immediately better. We have since ordered a year supply. This experience has been beyond frustrating. Thank goodness we found a new doctor/facility to help us out.

I went in to LensCrafters in Shadow Lake today to deal with an INCREDIBLY difficult and confusing exchange situation between lenses and frames and pick up my new glasses. Amanda and Amy were absolute godsends in helping me to know the exact breakdown of cost between any returns I’ve made in exchange for the new glasses. LensCrafters has always treated me very well ESPECIALLY when the products didn’t work out for me in some way or another. I came in on a Friday night to try on the new glasses, get them fitted and ask questions about the insurance situation. I’m sure they had to be incredibly frustrated with the situation. Especially when I couldn’t articulate my questions/concerns correctly. I really wish that I could do more than just write a review for them. Amanda and Amy helped me so greatly through all of my anxieties. They never once acted like I was any sort of bother or got annoyed (at least externally). They just kept smiling and doing their best to help. Genuinely, I hope they get something, ANYTHING for their hard work once this review is discovered. Employees like this are worth their weight in gold. I’d greatly recommend this location for any eyecare needs. Even when the products don’t always work out, the eye care and the customer facing service does. Thank you!
