Everyone we worked with were polite, professional, and kind. Delaney and Karlee have sweet and bubbly personalities. Dr. Kingsley is knowledgeable and patient. He took time to explain things and allowed us to ask questions. Thomas is very fun to work with and is great at helping customers pick out frames that compliment their features. I will definitely recommend Dr. Kingsley to people who ask.
Dr. Willis at Vision Specialists is fantastic! He did an awesome job making me feel welcome, heard, and comfortable throughout my annual eye exam. He explained everything in detail both during and after the appointment, which I really appreciated. He’s a great doctor, very sociable, and genuinely makes the experience easy. His staff is great as well — shout out to Delaney who is equally as awesome! Thanks again for always providing top-notch care!
I had an excellent experience at my recent eye appointment! The entire visit was fast and efficient without feeling rushed. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciated how they explained everything step-by-step so I understood exactly what was going on. Highly recommend!
Wow! Amazing experience! The most comprehensive eye exam I've ever had- 50 yrs of exams under my belt here. Impressed with the technology and the attentive staff. Dr Kingsley was very through and explained everything clearly. The glasses area was exceptionally well taken care of by a fantastic gentleman that took his time to guide me through all the available choices. 11 out of 10!
