I just moved to the area from the east coast and needed an eye doctor to get an updated prescription and order more contacts. I have only used a large corporate Eyecare business and the quality of care varies depending on the doctor and location. Dr Browns office is very modern, small but personable. He had two staff members working when I went and they were both super nice. I arrived a few minutes early but they took me right in. Dr. Brown is fast and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He also explained what an astigmatism is and what it does to contact lenses - something prior eye doctors had not explained to me. The prices here are also affordable for what I had to pay for what insurance did not cover. I highly recommend this place!

Great experience here! I didn’t feel rushed at all, was treated like a human versus a number, had actual fun trying on glasses, and got great care. Definitely found my new and permanent eye care center.

Dr. Brown and his staff are fantastic. Best in town. Welcoming, friendly and they have state-of-the-art eye equipment that lets you get a close up look of your peepers. Highly recommend to all.

Well I wish I could give Dr. Brown 10 stars. I met him years ago in an emergency situation. I was poo pooed by my original eye Dr., so by a miracle due to the emergency, I was given Dr. Brown. He has been my eye Dr. ever since! Dr. Brown is so thorough with his exams, calm presence, straight forward with explanations, honesty, listens to me, etc etc. Papillion is lucky to have him, as I drive from CB,IA. I got to see his new office today. Wow, he has all of the latest technology to make sure we receive the best care. I told him I'll drive anywhere in the Metro area, just so he can be my eye DR. You cannot go wrong with this office, such a pleasant man.
