My mom and I walked in and were able to look at glasses on our own. The pressure of having someone else help you can sometimes be distracting and overwhelming, when they know nothing about your style. Once we found the glasses, we wanted somebody quickly, assisted us and made the process quite simple and didn't take up our entire day. Your team at vision works in Papillon is wonderful!

Would give zero stars if I could. Would NOT recommend. Update - went to a different location and had my eyes rechecked and thee prescription was stronger than I needed. If you expect the manager to call you (after she said she would) don’t hold your breathe. I have been told multiple times that she would call and I have never heard back from her. They don’t open in time. Door say 9 am and nobody is around. Said something at them time of pickup that the bifocals weren’t right they said give it some time. I did. Still no better. Said to come back in and the store is closed. They said they would trouble shoot before allowing me to see the doctor. Staff are ok. They could work on their customer service skills. Would not recommend. I went back after they open to return the glasses, and one of the ladies said she was there at 9 am. I left at 9:15 am and the doors weren't open. I tried to reschedule the eye exam and days the doctor was suppose to be there they weren't because they were cover other locations and other appointments was by teledoc. They had issues with refund, and they said they had to call their IT department. Very disappointing.

From the moment I walked in and checked in, the experience was seamless. Everyone was welcoming, organized, and genuinely helpful. The doctor who performed my eye exam was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. When it came time to pick out glasses, I never felt rushed. The staff member who helped me was patient, knowledgeable, and made the process easy and enjoyable. It was a great experience from beginning to end. You can tell this team truly cares about their patients. I would absolutely recommend them.

I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, and very helpful. My appointment was quick and easy. I didn’t have to wait at all. They are all very knowledgeable.

Not really helpful or forthright in the slightest. Called today to ask a question, was told they’d take my number down and call me back in 30 mins. They never did so I had to call back. The lady on the phone had an attitude and wasn’t helpful at all. Can’t say I’m impressed with them or their level of professionalism in the slightest.
