Shellie was informative and patient with me. She told me all the options I was allotted through my insurance plan so that I could make the right choice for me. She didn't rush me even though the store was busy with many in person customers and phones ringing. I appreciate the great customer service!
Super friendly and helpfull. Kalynn helped me get an appointment and new glasses. Even though I was a little complicated in my process Kalynn made sure to process and deliver despite the computers slowing way down. Great experience with this team and location and that why I come back to America's Best. Also they take my insurance 😁
Shellie at America's best in La Vista, NE served me the other day and was very professional. She helped me navigate the almost endless amount of frames they have to pick out the best one. What a great team member to have on your team!
