I want to tell you about my wonderful experience in this clinic, the workers are extremely friendly, patient and very professional. I just left there super pleased with the attention to my son. They explained each step in detail to us and were too patient with it. Soon I will be back to see my mom because I was very satisfied with my first visit.
Terrible. Doctors and staff are rude, dismissive, and incompetent. The second they get your money all services stop, glasses and contacts go unordered. If you call to inquire well dont bother they already have your money. I wasted my yearly credit on them, never again. If you value your vision, time, and money please do not vist them. Leadership starts at the top. The response received from management was on par with the staff. Can't blame the grunts when management is complete garbage.
Doctor is unique human being! He assisted me has he knew me. All testing he performed was with special care and concer for my well being! His staff awesome crew! I'm extremely satisfied with my visit @ Malbar vision on Brentwood office. Thank you very much 🙏🇵🇷🥰
Great experience during my annual checkup. Dr. Leff listened when I described my health and eye status. After the exam, she clearly and concisely described the options available to me. The office staff was professional and courteous. Also, Eliza, who administered my pre-exam checks, was very patient and courteous. She also helped my quickly resolve a potential billing issue. Finally, the prices and choices for frames and lenses are very reasonable. I've been going there for years and have never been disappointed by the service or glasses I've received.
I highly Recommend Malbar Vision, Dr. Valerie Leff and the staff to anyone that needs help with glasses or contacts. I most certainly enjoy my eye appointment.
