Very detailed exams, best equipment, super nice family owned business. Would highly recommend. Do yourself a favor even if you are not a member at Costco they are independent from their membership just walk in the exit side..

They called and canceled my appointment 1/2 hour before. They rescheduled it for 3:00 in the afternoon. When I arrived, they said they were running behind and told me to go ahead and shop and they would call me when they were ready. I stopped in 2 times and they still weren't ready. at 4:30, I walked in and they said they just took the person after me because I wasn't sitting there. They had no regard for my day or schedule. Being canceled and put off for an hour and 1/2 wait then they failed to call me while I was still waiting was too much. No one called to follow-up or apologize. Bad customer service skills by the young man acting as a receptionist in the optical.

Worst experience ever. Went for a standard eye exam for me and my 2 daughters. Was not told they didn't accept my insurance, in fact before I booked the appt on the phone we even spoke about my insurance and gave them my insurance information which they took down and also charged me a $75 up front fee that would go towards my charges when we got seen. I questioned this and asked what if our insurance covers more than that and they explained I'd be given a credit back if that was the case. Had proof to verify this conversation mind you. The day of our appts we went in and I was charged over $535 for 3 of us for routine exams. Mind you if we went in network, which i was told we were, we'd have an minimum copay for each of us. I tried to explain my experience to the Dr after I was in shock by the amount. I provided her all the details of the pervious conversation in hopes she would make this right. She told me the girl I talked to initally no longer worked there and she 'SHOULD' have told me about being out of network. In the end, all she did was credit me back for the $75 pervious charged that wasnt accounted for when they charged me for the exams and a $80 credit for a dilation charges for my daughters but that is it. In the end I still spent almost $400 just to get our prescriptions renewed that doesn't include contacts or anything. Had they not lied to me about my insurance coverage I obviously would have never booked an appt here. I think they are running a scam and I don't think I'm the only one this has happened to and I'm likely not the last. Would NEVER recommend, not even to my worst enemy. I was robbed and lied to and they had no desire to make it right what so ever because they are running a scam "protected" under the national name of 'Costco.' Brilliant business scheme I suppose but not for the end consumers. Good luck if you decide to book!

Absolute Worst Customer Service From Christy I simply wanted to know if they accepted walk-ins or if it was appointment only. Their sliding door was half pulled closed and as I was shooed out while she answered incoming phone calls, I quickly realized that incoming phone calls and the end of day were more important than a potential customer like myself who has chosen to take his money and business elsewhere.

Had an awesome experience at EyeQ Optometry! The attention to detail was truly impressive. The staff was attentive and professional, making the entire process seamless. I'll definitely be a returning customer. Five stars all the way!
