Urban Eyes Next To Pearle Vision

This vision center is probably the best one I have ever been to. They are prompt, friendly and don't try to sell you something you don't need. I was very concerned about the cost of my contacts I have to wear and the doctor reccomended a couple of options I could try to lower the price for me and still have the same outcome. These people are top notch in my book! Thank you!

So they had to order trial contacts for me. And when they came in they had taken a single contact out of the box for each eye and gave that to me as the trials. That just seems like the most petty and cheap stuff ever. If my prescription is that rare that you have to order in trials then maybe there's no one that's going to come through that's going to have the same prescription. Just give me the whole set of trials. Everywhere I've ever gone has done that and most places gives me multiple sets of trials to try out and this place just gives me a single contact. Ridiculous. I don't even care that the people were friendly and the doctor was nice, this whole experience was just ruined by how cheap as this place is.

I am highly disappointed with the service I received here. My appointment took forever. I sat in a room with my eyes, dilated by myself for about an hour, and then couldn’t even pick my glasses for another half hour spent Two hours of my day getting glasses in which I still don’t even have it’s been two weeks. The people are very rude when I called to ask if my glasses are done like I’m asking a question that I should not be. My glasses are at the place, but won’t be ready for another couple of days, but can’t give me an exact time would not recommend

I saw them less than 2 years ago and was told by the female substitute optometrist that I did not have cataracts and the previous eye drs were wrong.. I’m have cataract surgery this week on both eyes a week apart. This woman should retire.

THE BEST!! THE BEST GUEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY 41 YEARS. THEY ARE QUICK AND MOST IMPORTANTLY VERY EFFICIENT! NOT TO MENTION EVERY STAFF MEMBER THERE IS WONDERFUL WITH CHILDREN!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PEARLE VISION LOCATION 100%. THE WORLD NEEDS MORE PEOPLE LIKE THEM. THANKS GUYS!!
