I just came in today to buy some glasses and Julianna helped me so much! I haven't worn glasses since I was a kid, and even then, it was ugly sports glasses. I needed to get something for every day use and she helped me pick out such a pretty pair that matches my style and looks good! Julianna is awesome at her job and definitely made my decision making so much easier by helping me figure out what I want!

I stopped in today try on some glasses by myself. The staff was welcoming and friendly, but gave me no pressure whatsoever, which I appreciated *so* much. I felt totally free to take my time and try on all the frames I wanted. The lighting in the store is great, the layout is open and pleasant, and there’s a wide range of choices at different price points. I found 2 frames that I really liked and asked for some solid opinions to guide me. I felt like I was there with friends, honestly. They gave me fantastic input and even provided ideas for a couple other styles with different shapes that I hadn’t considered. They looked great, too! Ultimately I narrowed it down to one of my original choices, but I will definitely consider one of the other suggestions for future sunglasses! The staff member who took me through the rest of the process was helpful, clear, and gave me all of the information to make my own decisions. She wasn’t pushy at all. I came away feeling really great. Can’t wait to get my new glasses! Well done!

I got my new glasses from lens crafters and could not see I took them back and they assured me the prescription was correct I went back to Dover Eye care they said the prescription in the frames was correct. Dover Eye care gave me another eye exam and the found they had giving me the wrong prescription. Dover eye care would do nothing for me. I called back lens crafters they said bring in the new prescription and they would fix them at no charge to me not even there fault . That is going above customer service . Nick was great with the purchase and the return. I will purchase from lens crafters again.

Had previously had a bad experience in 2024, but decided to try again after seeing they were under new management. Nick went above and beyond, making my experience wonderful and he was so helpful! I had my expectations raised and shall return. Kudos to the new Management Team Jennifer and Nick!

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Mandeville and Patrick for my eye exam. The Customer Service from the time I booked the appointment with Patrick to when I left exceeded my expectations. By far, the Portsmouth, New Hampshire LensCrafters location is one of the best I’ve ever been to. Thank you again to Patrick and Dr. Mandeville.
