Catherine was super great! She’s friendly and helpful. She’s a problem solver like when I brought my new glasses in that I hated, she helped figure out how I could get them replaced. She helped my kid feel better about school too!

Teba was wonderful! From her greeting me to helping me choose the right pair of glasses. She was very knowledgeable with the right style/fit for my face and made the whole process very smooth and timely. Highly recommend asking for her at either of the Manchester LensCrafters!!

I bought a pair of prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses at least two, maybe three years ago and the nose piece broke off in my case. It was a Saturday. I just drove in expecting to drop them off or at least tell me where I could go get them fixed and the assistant manager just grabbed my glasses walked over to a case and started fitting a new nose piece on, he crimp the new piece back on in less than five minutes. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing just leave us a good Google Review. have a great day :) They didn’t know it, but I’m going on a tropical vacation soon. It was important that I had these glasses in time for the trip. I was worried I might not get them back if I had to drop them off for repair… this place makes great glasses, does quality work, stands behind therlir products, and really made my day. I would suggest this store to anyone!

Walked in no appointments got a eye exam and ordered glasses and out of there in about an hour. DR Lopez was very nice and thorough. Stephanie was amazing helping me with my choice of glasses and getting me every discount she could. Very pleased with this store.

We happened to be on South Willow street and I knew my husband needed an adjustment made to his glasses because he started getting headaches. We were welcomed by this sweet person named Stephanie, she is the greatest! She made sure my husband was satisfied before leaving. She is the greatest.
