I bought prescription sunglasses and was unaware that the sales person also signed me up for a year warranty without my knowledge and without asking me if I even wanted it. It’s just the principle of asking someone and letting them know their options instead of just charging them to up charge someone and I’m sure it benefits them if they sell those. I’d give 4 even 5 because everything else was really great. But that did not sit well with me.
Bonnie was super nice and great to me! She helped me replace the nose pads in my sunglasses! Would recommend this Lenscrafters again & again!
The frame on my elderly dad’s glasses broke and one lens wouldn’t stay in. I brought the frame to the LensCrafters in The Mall at Rockingham about an hour before closing on a Saturday evening. Veronica and Molly repaired the broken frame in about 15 minutes. They were very polite, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend this LensCrafters and specifically Veronica or Molly. Thank you!
