5 out of 5. This review is strictly for the eye exam portion. Although I have purchased glasses from this location before, I haven't in a long time. I've been coming here for my eye exams for many years, and the only reason I come to this location is for Dr. Hanlon. I absolutely love this man — great person and great eye doctor. You will not be rushed. Everything that needs to be done for your exam gets done, and they have all the latest machines and equipment. The rest of the office staff is always great as well.

Other than the .multiple confirmations from text, email and phone it was probably my smoothest visit yet. No waiting...in and out in probably 20 min. So smooth and addressed all my issues. Nice to see Dr. H again. Always enjoyed hiw pleasant he is

The service we received from Greg was exceptional. From the phone call to the actual visit, he was outstanding. He was able understand our needs quickly, explained everything easily and made us feel welcomed throughout the entire process. We purchased two pair of glasses; however, we still need to purchase 3 more pair in the coming weeks. Greg will be our go-to!

I had a fantastic experience at the LensCrafters on Route 18 in East Brunswick! The staff was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to assist me with selecting the perfect frames and answered all of my questions. The optician was thorough during the eye exam, making sure I felt comfortable with everything. Overall, the customer service was top-notch, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality eyewear and excellent service

Booked an appointment just for an eye prescription exam but was told that a retinal exam was mandatory with it so I cancelled the appointment. I don't condone businesses tacking on extra procedures when I specifically requested a simple test. This is not a review about the practice or the staff at all since I haven't visited the location.
