***** UPDATE 01/16/2026****** Today picked up my glasses, and i changed my rating the manager Erica Fuentes fixed my issues, and ahe undertood my issues and did a wonderful job in fixing and making me sure i was satified. After buying my glasses on November 23rd, and going back there decemver 18th to get the lenses fixed(my not understanding of balanced lens, not their fault) i just picked up my glases today 12/31, and the frame and lens are even worst. First off the corner of both my lenses are chop or whatever they cut the lens with or shape them into the lens of the frames( its not curved as it ahould with the lens and everytime i look at the corner i get blurry vision) and the frames of a new meta AI glasses are tilted. Looked up online and said that since me Meta AI cant be adjuated due to the internal stuff. Im really dissapointed not for myself but for my insurance that was chatged over 1k for everything i got. Im definitely not going back there ever, and if I do so is to get a full refund and taking my buniess elsewhere.

This is the second time I've had the pleasure of working with her; first for my own glasses, and now for my son's, and once again she exceeded our expectations. She was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the entire process. She took her time with us, answered every question thoroughly, and never made us feel rushed. She also went above and beyond to make sure we got the best value and price for exactly what we were looking for. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm, welcoming attitude made the entire experience enjoyable. Most importantly, she made sure we left completely satisfied with both our purchase and the overall customer service. Exceptional customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She's a true asset to LensCrafters, and I highly recommend asking for her if you visit the store. We'll definitely be coming back!

I had a nice experience at LensCrafters! The entire staff was very helpful, patient, and professional. They took the time to help me resolve some issues with my insurance and made the whole process much easier for me. I truly appreciate their kindness and willingness to help. LensCrafters for the win! I stopped in here last weekend for an eye exam and the staff could not have been better. I picked up my new glasses today (they’re perfect!) and ordered my new contact lenses. Big thanks to the staff for making this so easy!
